About Me

My name is Dr. Leslie and I am a licensed bilingual clinical psychologist. I speak both English and Spanish and offer mental health services online. Although, Iā€™m pretty sure you already knew that to some degree.

What you might not know, is that I am a queer kid of Colombian immigrants. I grew up in the heart of Hollywood, California, am first-generation and the first of my family members to pursue higher education.

As someone who has personal experience with mental health struggle, I have made it my mission to help create access and advocate for health services for marginalized groups of all kinds of identities. Just to give you some perspective, right now, 80.9% of mental health providers are white/Caucasian and only 18% percent of all mental health providers identify as LGBTQIA+. I am here in the hopes of diversifying the field and giving communities a chance to access services with a provider who may share similar cultural upbringings, identities and experiences.
